Our 2024 entry: The Golden Black Sheep - Lamb, herb and black garlic patty, with gold dust candied bacon, squid ink feta, beetroot, house-made passionfruit and Scapegrace Black mayonnaise in a Zaida’s charcoal bun, with cross trax chips.
